Cohort outcomes — UpSkillZone
Hires + 90-day verifications
founding-cohort-2026

Both are server-rendered from public endpoints — verify any row cryptographically by clicking through to the credential.

Methodology
Each row links back to the credential URL the hire attestation references. Verify cryptographically by clicking through — the verifier checks the issuer signature against the public JWKS at /.well-known/jwks.json. The 90-day window is computed server-side from start_date: a row is eligible for verification once 90 days have elapsed, and a verified result requires a separate retention attestation signed by the same employer DID that signed the hire.
What’s NOT in this report
Operational privacy. Each omission is deliberate.
Salary specifics
Compensation is between the talent and the employer. We do not collect or publish offer amounts, equity terms, or comp bands.
Employer-attributable details
Employer names appear on a row only when the underlying credential consent scope is `public`. Private hires count toward the totals without naming the company.
Individual learner names
Subject DIDs are publishable on opt-in. Real names are not displayed unless the talent has explicitly published a profile under that DID.
